Sparkling Maids was founded by Yolany Sabillon, who began her career as a cleaner in 2010, receiving training directly from Adriana Molina Aldrich in East Quogue, New York before subcontracting with MaidPro and NOVA V.I.P. For years she worked with her hands, earning trust one home at a time — learning exactly what excellence, discretion, and reliability look like from the inside.
Later, Yolany struck out independently, building her own clientele on the strength of her reputation alone. Today she is channeling every lesson, every relationship, and every resource into this platform — a cleaning automation system designed to multiply her experience, her values, and her opportunities as expansively as the cleaners who join her.
