By using Sparkling Maids services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All cleaning services are subject to the terms outlined in your individual service agreement. Pricing is based on the property details and service selections you provide.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% service charge.
Sparkling Maids carries full liability insurance. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and providing accurate property information prior to scheduled cleaning sessions.
Recurring service plans may be adjusted, paused, or cancelled with 14 days written notice. Frequency discount rates apply only to active recurring plans.
Referral discounts of 10% apply to the referring customer's monthly service for each successful referral who books a recurring plan. Discounts are applied automatically and remain active as long as both accounts are in good standing.
